Building upon the robust health and safety programs that are in place across the organisation, IPL  launched Stop. Think. Act. as our 2024 health and safety themed campaign providing awareness and training on themes related to health and safety to ensure that our people stay safe.

In 2024, c. 30% of our global workforce are represented by a trade union or covered by a collective bargaining agreement.
